Baylen has over 20 years of experience in marketing, analytics, and product development. Prior to his role with Ready Signal, Baylen was the Chief Product Officer at Leavened, leading product development for a self-service platform delivering Marketing Mix Modeling and Television optimization solutions to clients, with an emphasis on speed of execution and full transparency into the process and methodology. Additionally, he was a Senior Vice President, leading the digital analytics practice for Team Detroit Inc., dedicated to providing analytics solutions and media optimization to Ford Motor Company. Baylen started his career as a software engineer for Beyond Interactive
Baylen received his B.S. in computer science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
