Jenn Lien leads all Data Management and Reporting for ESPN Fan Support. Through the art of storytelling and the science of data visualization, she produces real-time triage reports and C-Suite presentations in order to facilitate data driven decision making. Prior to joining ESPN, Jenn studied Marketing and Strategy at Cornell in the Class of 2010. She spent five years thereafter at Comcast NBCUniversal in ad sales and sales solutions. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jenn is an NYC native.
