Heather Reed

 

Heather has dedicated her career guiding organizations on how best to connect with their customers and optimize performance. She has extensive experience in management consulting, delivery, organizational restructuring, and operations across industries.

As Chief Experience Officer at RXA, Heather leads account management and is the product lead for their Voice of Customer Experience application. She holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Ross School of Business – University of Michigan.
